18 Apr 10 Pavtube Blu-ray Ripper (Win & Mac) adapted news- April 16, 2010

Pavtube has upgraded its Blu-ray Ripper to V3.6 and Blu-ray Ripper for Mac to V2.6. A number of issues have

been addressed in this release, including the new Full Disk Copy facility and Title mode for checking Blu-ray

movie. The update release includes the following enhancements:

1.Improved the view mode of Blu-ray movie by adding Title Mode;
2.Added one-click backup option for Blu-ray disc and standard DVD—the Full Disk Copy facility;
3.Greatly accelerated the loading speed of Blu-ray disc/ folder;
4.Now works with Blu-ray disc up to MKB version 17;
5.Refine the GUI to be more user-friendly and fixed for some bugs.

Detailed information of the enhancements

1.Title Mode for checking Blu-ray chapters

By adding the new Title Mode, the updated Blu-ray ripper enables user to view and check blu-ray movie by

means of directory and files. The blu-ray directory displays files in Title- Chapter mode. Titles and chapters are

listed in numerical sequence so you do not have to sort the order of files manually as in File Mode (the previous

display mode). Now in Title Mode you can set subtitles and audio track for each Title other than each m2ts file (still

you can do this in File Mode).

2.Full Disk Copy option

Full Disk Copy (in Mac version ‘Disk Copy’) aims to help users to backup the whole contents of a blu-ray disc

or standard DVD in the easiest and fastest way. With no additional settings, one click on the ‘Full Disk Copy’

button is enough for getting the ripper to decrypt and copy Blu-ray disc and protected DVD to your hard drive bit

to bit. The backup costs much less time (around one hour for a Blu-ray disc of 30G) than ripping movie to other

format. With the Blu-ray and DVD structure, you do not have to create new menu when burning the movie for

backup.

3.Instant loading of Blu-ray movie

The new release of Blu-ray Ripper is much enhanced in blu-ray decryption, it does not require a while to import

blu-ray movie to the file list any longer, enjoy the instant importing of blu-ray movie!

4.Support for the latest version of Blu-ray disc

Additional full support for AACS MKB v17 enables users to rip the latest MKB v17 Blu-ray movies on sale,

which means the Pavtube Blu-ray Ripper (Win & Mac) is capable of ripping all the versions of blu-ray discs.

4.More user-friendly interface and operation

In this update release users will find the Blu-ray ripper become more user-friendly. Import menu and Text

Watermark buttons are more legible, new options can be found in shortcut menu of file list, minimization of the

program is fixed; deinterlacing facility is applied by default, and added solution for illegal pull out of blu-ray drive.
